Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:  

• Click on “Host Family Application”  
• Please complete the application.  
• Once submitted, you will receive an email from GBAalerts@gmail.com with an Application ID number.  

For all remaining steps you must have your Application ID number available to move forward.

STEP 2: 

• Click on “Photo Uploader”  
• Please enter your Application ID
• Photos should be taken of each room in the house.  Please take a photo of a clean room.  Be sure to take wide angle photos.  Please do not include photos of your personal bedroom, your children’s bedroom(s), or in-law quarters.  
• All photos need to be recent and clear

 Photos to be included are as follows:

• Family photo – Please include a photo with all family members residing in the home; a framed family photo is not accepted
• Outside Front of the house
• Living room
• Family room
• Dining room
• Kitchen
• Student bedroom(s)
• Student bathroom(s)
• Backyard
• Pool (required if you have one)
• Pets
• Drivers license(s) for all drivers
• Auto insurance card

STEP 3: 

• Click on “Profile Submission Form” 
• Please enter your Application ID 
• Complete a written profile
• Please follow the examples provided on the form

 STEP 4: 

• Click on “Background | Mandated Reporter” 
• Please enter your Application ID 
• Submit your Authorization to Conduct Background Check on anyone over the age of 17 residing in your home 
• Complete Mandated Reporter Training

Once we receive these items we will contact you to schedule an in-home visit with you and your family.  We look forward to working with you and hope you can refer future families to GBA. We offer a referral fee.
